Q:  Do I need to be fit, have upper body strength and a strong core to do pole?

A:  Not at all! Pole dancing is for everyone, regardless of your current fitness level. While upper body strength and a strong core can certainly help, our classes are designed to build those skills over time. You’ll get stronger with every class while we focus on proper technique and progression.

Q:  What ages does Cherry cater for?

A:  We welcome individuals of 17 or older. Pole dancing is a highly inclusive sport and it’s never too late to start! It is a great way to improve strength, flexibility, and confidence at any age.
