Service Description

A hybrid class for both Beginner and Intermediate level students. Learn to create momentum and movement on a static pole! Focusing on smooth transitions, controlled spins, and flow-based combinations. The class encourages technique, coordination, and efficient use of the pole to build confidence and fluidity on a static pole. Progressions and regressions will be offered to suit different levels. Pre Requisites: - None!
