This is the bridge between Intermediate and Advanced. Here you will work on aerial inverts, longer combos and new tricks (including shoulder mounts and Ayesha!). Focus is placed on building stamina and refining your form. Pre Requisites: - Solid invert from floor - Leg hangs (inside/outside) - Climbing combos
