This is your time to focus on what you want to work on. Open Pole begins with a guided warm-up led by the instructor, then shifts into a session where you can train tricks, polish combos, freestyle, or revisit anything from your other classes. An instructor will be wandering around throughout for guidance, spotting, and support. Whether you're drilling skills or just playing on the pole, this is your space to explore and grow.
